FAQ
We normally ship the product within 7-10 days from the date the order is received. The shipping time will depends on your location and delivery method, which normally take 2-4 days extra. In total, you should receive your order in 14 days.
We listed the shipping cost of Miti products in the product page (prices vary depending on size and weight). For delivery outside Bangkok and vicinity areas, please contact our sales team to evaluate the price.
We provide optional installation services in Bangkok and vicinity areas. Installation charge is listed on the product page. This already included delivery cost.
You can pay securely online with major credit cards without any additional fees. We also accept bank transfer to our Kasikorn bank account.
If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the product, we accept return in 7 days from the delivery date. Please note that we may charge actual shipping cost for returns if the product does not have defects when delivered.
Yes, we do provide discount when you order 5 or more items. Please contact our sales team and we will quote you with special discount.
All the prices are already included 7% VAT. If you are entitled to tax exemption under the law of Thailand, please provide the document and we will gladly remove the VAT for you.
As mirrors are coated with silver layer, we do not recommend installing mirrors in high humidity environment. Don’t leave water at mirror edges and try to wipe out immediately.
