We can produce up to 260*100 cm. and join the glass as many as you like. Glass sizes can be higher depending on installation areas and other factors
We produce by order, following sizes, cutout, and hole layout according to how the glass will be installed. Just place the glass in front of the display and make sure the background is dark or painted in black. Securing the glass using screws, adhesives, clamp, or frame depending on how you want to install as long as there is a screen behind and dark inside.
If the usage area is not in the open place subject to impact, we recommend not tempering the glass so that the glass is 100% flat and therefore free of distortion.
However, if the glass will be installed in the area where strength of glass is important, the glass can be tempered or heat-strengthened, but the glass will be a bit distorted from roller wave. However, we will control the roller wave as low as possible (according to the factory standard)
To have good floating effect, make sure that the area behind the glass is dark. It’s recommended to paint everything behind the glass in black.
The coating surface (outside) should not be cleaned with solvent, thinner, or high acidic chemicals.
When specifying heat-treated glass, even though this will make the glass stronger to withstand higher impact, the flatness of the surface will be compromised. This may make the mirror effect a little bit distorted. We will check all these parameters to the certified standards.
Its okay to use window or glass cleaner. Just avoid solvent, thinner, and strong chemicals.
We provide 5 years limited warranty for the performance, effect, color, discoloration, and coating quality (not including physical damages and misuse). Installation quality is warranted for 1 year with on site service.
